CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Researching linkages between emotional intelligence and ethical behavior and linkages between emotional intelligence and attitudes regarding safe work performance and safety culture.  Developing protocols to use experimental economics to test behavioral phenomena relevant to behavior in organizations.
